HaPpY HaLLoWeEn!

Grandpa Amstutz's pumpkin that he carved for Kailer.

Kailer with her pumpkin celebrating her first holiday a little early in Michigan.

Thanks grandpa!

Kailer and her stuffed witch that she received in the mail from Nonnie Saxton.

My 1st Halloween onesie that was passed down from big cousins, Emma and Alli.

Little Pumpkin t-shirt from Grandma Amstutz.

Baby Scrubs from Aunt Robin.

Halloween is Kailer's first holiday. Just because she isn't big enough to go trick-or treating, doesn't mean she can't dress up to celebrate!

Bath Time Fun!

Just this week we have been able to start giving Kailer baths in her aquarium bathtub, which means no more sponge baths! She loves sitting in the warm water and it seems to really soothe her and make her sleepy for bedtime (as you can see by the pictures). This week she has also started sleeping through the night...yeah! We put her to bed around 11 p.m. and she doesn't wake until 7 a.m. The first night was weird. We got up a few times to check on her, but it has been four nights in a row now. We have our fingers crossed that this is a permanent thing!

Back in NYC

Kailer in her froggy outfit from friends of Nonnie Saxton.

Equipped with froggy feet!

Falling asleep on the couch with dad.

Marc and I are again on our own. We were so thankful to be home and have all the extra help from our family and friends. I only have one more week left of my maternity leave :( I know she will be in good hands with her daddy, but it sure is going to be tough to leave them every morning.

One Month Old

It is hard to believe that Kailer is one month old already! Marc and I had a wedding to go to, but Grandma Amstutz got a few pictures of her in her pretty dress. Kailer doesn't mess around when it comes to feeding time and already tips the scale at 10 lbs. 8 oz. (at five weeks old) and has grown 2 inches! She is really starting to fill in her 0-3 month clothes that were too big just a week before. I am amazed how quickly she is growing!

Great Papa Amstutz.

Cam and Kody came over to meet Kailer. I remember holding both of them when they were just a baby...time flies!

The Saxton Family all dressed up.

Sarah and Greg had us over for a delicious dinner...what a treat!

Sarah and I with our kids...yikes!

Marc, Kailer, and I all traveled home to Michigan for two weeks. We ended up coming home a week ealrier than expected and it was so nice and relaxing to be home. We enjoyed sharing Kailer with all of our friends and family.
