Painting with Watercolors

Nikki got Kailer a Dora book with watercolors for Easter and she was very eager to test it out. This girl loves anything art! As you can tell by her expression, the watercolors were a hit!

Easter 2010

"Are you kidding me?"

Nana helping Kai color Easter eggs.

Uh-oh!

Kai looking cute in her Easter dress.

Hmmm, is it just me or does Easter at Nonnie and Papa's resemble Christmas just a little????

Easter at Nana and Papa Amstutz's. Two Easter baskets?!?!

Wind Tunnel
.

We spent the day at the Imagination Station in Toledo alongside our neighbors, Joy and Elizabeth. Kailer and Elizabeth are only a week apart and get along so well. It was a fun day of exploration!

Chuck-E-Cheese

During our first attempt to potty train back in March, we took Kailer to Chuck-E-Cheese as a reward for a successful week. Unfortunately, that is all it lasted...a week. We backed off until July and can now say that with a few speed bumps along the way, we are officially potty trained. No more diapers...yeah!

Visiting Chase Nolan

In March, Kailer and I traveled to Terra Haute, Indiana to see my friend Meghan and her newest addition, Chase. He is too cute! Kailer and I got to babysit so Meghan and Jason could enjoy a night out. We had so much fun spending the weekend in Indiana. Looking forward to going back soon!

Elmo, Kai-Lan, and Dora...OH MY!

The Backyardigans

Nana accompanied Kai and I to see Nickelodeon Live at the Stranahan Theater. Kailer loved this show because it contained so many of her favorite characters!

Let it Snow!

Upon our first snowfall, papa came over to pull Kailer around on her brand new sled that he had bought for her. I am not sure who had more fun...papa or Kailer!
